DUST COLLECTION EQUIPMENT

Sinclair Consulting / Sinconair works together with Johnston Airtech in Victoria who manufactures a broad range of Dust Collection Equipment such as:

Fabric Dust Collectors from 10m2 to more than 300m2 filter area
Hydrostatic Precipitators from .75m3/s to 25m3/s gas volume
Centrifugal & Venturi Scrubbers from .5m3/s to 28.5m3/s gas volume

Sinclair Consulting / Sinconair also distributes American Air Filter or AAF Products in Queensland as follows:

AAF High Dust holding Fibreglass filter media pads or rolls in all standard sizes
AAF panel & extended surface filters
AAF High Efficiency Particulate (HEPA) & Ultra Low Penetration (ULPA) Air Filters.

Dust Collectors incorporates a fully automatic PULSE JET cleaning systems and may be supplied with fan, rotary discharge devise and interconnected ducting. Hydrostatic, Centrifugal and Venturi Scrubbers may be produced in Stainless Steel or epoxy painted and includes motor and scrubbing fluid control equipment as required. AAF has been involved in Air Filtration & Pollution Control Equipment since 1921 and produces an extensive range of Air Filtration Media. All AAF filter media is ASHRAE tested to maintain the high performance required by todays environmental standards.

Fabric Filter Units are operating at grain loading, powder coating and many other facilities. Scrubbers have been installed in the sugar refining and food processing areas as well as in gas fumes and rock dust generating applications. Filter media and cartridge filters etc. are installed in areas ranging from Hospitals to Paint Spray Booths and other Industrial Applications
